Kelly Babcock
Kelly’s main focus in the studio is to help you feel empowered and ready to conquer your fitness goals one ride at a time. She is a NETA certified cycling instructor. Her 45 minute class consists of interval style pushes with recovery. She loves new hip-hop and rap music but you’ll also find her getting down to some early 2000’s jams. Good vibes and up-beat music is her “spin language”.
Outside of the spin studio, you can catch Kelly running, hiking, traveling, and sipping on good wine and craft brews. She hopes to see you soon!
