Personal Training

1/2 hour Personal Training Sessions Available

Together we’ll create a plan and time line to help you achieve your health & fitness goals.  We’ll train using dumbbells, kettle bells, bands and body weight.  Stretching and foam rolling can be incorporated into any workout.

Cost: ½ hour session $25 or 5-1/2 hour sessions $100

You can purchase training sessions on the pricing page of our website or using the MINDBODY app.  When using MINDBODY to book an appointment for Personal Training go to schedule and click on appointments (top right side of screen)

Train with a friend-It’s fun and you can split the cost!!

    • Monday: 7-11am & !-3:30 pm
    • Tuesdays: 6-11:30 am & 3-5:30 pm
    • Wednesday 6-8:30 am
    • Thursday: 6-8:45 am & 1-4 pm
    • Friday: 7-9 am & pm by request
    • Saturday 11am-1pm
