Personal Training Info & Pricing

1/2 hour Personal Training Sessions Available 


Together we’ll create a plan and time line to help you achieve your health & fitness goals.  We’ll train using dumbbells, kettle bells, bands and body weight.  Stretching and foam rolling can be incorporated into any workout.

  • Use the links below to purchase Personal Training sessions.
  • The more you train the more you save! Single sessions start at $25 per 1/2 hour. Rates drop to $20 per session with the 5 pack and $18.50 per session with the 10 pack of training sessions.
  • Sessions are booked using the MindBody App

To purchase personal training sessions using the MindBody app switch the view from class schedule to appointments (top right side of screen)

Train with a friend-It’s fun and you can split the cost!!

  • Monday: 6:30-11:30 am & !-3:30 pm
  • Tuesdays: 6:30-11:30 am & 1:15-5:00pm
  • Wednesday 6:30-8:30 am
  • Thursday: 6:30-11:30 am & 1-4:30 pm
  • Friday: 6:30-9 am & pm by request
  • Saturday 11am-1pm
