Hey running peeps! Check out our new class, Ride-n-Run. This workout is called a “Brick Run” You start with a 30 minute ride (inside for our class), swap your shoes & head out for a 30 minute walk or run. Spartan Spin is just 1/4 mile from Delta Township’s Sharp Park (sidewalks connect our facility to the park) The plan is to run/walk to the park; when you hit the 15 minute mark of your walk/run you head back to the studio.
